Han Ming Home Essentials is growing its U.S. side of the business. Both roles below are remote and work closely with our warehouse and finance operations.
Accounts Receivable & Billing
Keep our invoicing and collections running cleanly as we bring on more wholesale and retail customers across the U.S. market.
- Issue and track customer invoices for wholesale and retail orders
- Follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile accounts
- Keep billing records accurate across our warehouse network
- Work directly with the founders on collections questions
Warehouse Coordinator
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments between our China, Singapore, Taiwan and U.S. warehouses, working remotely with our on-the-ground teams.
- Track inventory and shipment status across all four warehouses
- Coordinate with freight and customs contacts on timing
- Flag stock shortages before they become customer issues
- Keep warehouse records and systems up to date
